Overview
Provides up to $25,000 to support charitable programs/projects and capital initiatives. Funding prioritizes youth and seniors well-being, poverty and isolation supports, and affordable housing activities in eligible counties.
Activities funded
- Programs or projects that support youth and seniors well-being and mental health.
- Programs or projects addressing youth and seniors poverty and isolation issues.
- Initiatives that support affordable housing.
Examples of admissible projects:

Eviction-prevention case management and move-in supports for at-risk households

- The applicant must be a registered charitable organization.
- The organization must support at least one of the funder’s impact areas (youth and seniors well-being and mental health; youth and seniors poverty and isolation; affordable housing).

Selection criteria
- Preference is given to requests with at least 50% of funding secured from other sources.

- Applicants are generally notified of the application status within three months.
- There are two granting cycles each year: Spring and Fall.
- Spring applications are intended for programs/projects starting no earlier than the following July.
- Fall applications are intended for programs/projects starting no earlier than the following January.
