- Fill in the official form for the scientific event funding request.
- Step 2: Attach supporting proof
- Provide proof of participation in the event as organizer, such as an email or official letter.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Send the complete application in PDF format to reseau.vision@ircm.qc.ca.
- Step 4: Respect the deadline
- Submit by September 30 or February 28, or by the next Monday evening if the date falls on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission for completeness and compliance.
- Incomplete or non-compliant applications are rejected.
- Funding is awarded to the application with the highest impact.
- Recipients may be contacted later for program evaluation follow-up.

- Only one grant may be awarded per financial year per axis.
