- General maintenance work such as plowing, sanding, or grading

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Township staff after submission.
- The Township may inspect the private road to confirm existing conditions.
- Applications are evaluated against policy requirements and program criteria.
- Approved projects are inspected again after the work is completed.
- Receipts for completed work must be submitted by the first Friday in November.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted annually.
- Only one application per Private Road Association will be considered each year.
- Funding is not retroactive and applies only to work completed in the same calendar year.
