How to apply
- Step 1: Review the policy and application requirements

- Step 2: Complete the online application

- Submit the completed online application and documents by the first Friday in June.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Township staff after submission.
- The Township may inspect the private road to confirm existing conditions.
- Applications are evaluated against policy requirements and program criteria.
- Approved projects are inspected again after the work is completed.
- Receipts for completed work must be submitted by the first Friday in November.

- Applications are accepted annually.
- Only one application per Private Road Association will be considered each year.
