Processing and Agreement
- The application will be considered incomplete and ineligible to receive a Private Road Grant if it does not contain all the required documentation.
- The grant amount will be transferred to the Private Road Association account following receipt of proof of payment.
Additional information
- Grants are not guaranteed and may be reduced at any time by resolution of Council.
- The Municipality has allocated $30,000 per year for the Private Road Grant Program.
- The policy will be reviewed every four years by the Director Public Works.
