Who is not eligible

  • Members of the OIIQ Board of Directors.
  • OIIQ head office staff.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee.
  • The committee makes a recommendation to the OIIQ Board of Directors.
  • The selected recipient is notified directly by the OIIQ president.

  • The award has been in existence since 1973.
  • Candidacies remain valid for three years, including the submission year.
  • The recipient is informed directly by the OIIQ president during the summer.
