How to apply
- Step 1: Obtain the candidate’s agreement before submitting the nomination.
- Step 2: Prepare the nomination file, including the updated CV and three supporting letters.
- Step 3: Complete the online nomination form with candidate and nominator information.
- Step 4: Upload the required documents and any relevant supporting material.
- Step 5: Submit the completed application through the online form.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee.
- The committee makes a recommendation to the OIIQ Board of Directors.
- The selected recipient is notified directly by the OIIQ president.
