- Members of the OIIQ Board of Directors.
- OIIQ head office staff.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee.
- The committee makes a recommendation to the OIIQ Board of Directors.
- The selected recipient is notified directly by the OIIQ president.

- Candidacies remain valid for three years, including the submission year.
