- Step 2: Prepare the required forms
- Complete the Program Agreement and EFT Confirmation when prompted.
- Prepare the EFT Deposit Approval Form signed by the school’s current principal.
- Provide a void cheque or letter from your banking institution confirming account details.
- Step 3: Upload the completed forms using the space provided in the Power Full Kids program application for consideration.
- Step 4: Complete reporting after funding
- Submit the Annual Report and final report by the required deadline.
Processing and Agreement
- Incomplete applications may be declined without notice
