How to apply

  • If this is your first application or no online file is associated with your organization, complete the eligibility validation form.
  • Submit the validation request no later than 10 days before the funding deadline, before September 16 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Once your eligibility has been analyzed, eligible organizations receive access to continue their application.
  • If your eligibility has already been validated and your organization's mission has not changed, submit the funding request directly using the unique access you received.
  • Submit the funding request and all attached documents in French between July 3 and September 30 at 11:59 p.m., unless an exemption applies.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed against eligibility and evaluation criteria
  • Decisions are sent no later than December 3
  • If approved, a funding agreement must be signed by both parties
  • Project changes require a modification request after the agreement is signed
  • A post-project accountability report must be submitted online
