How to apply
- Step 1: Choose which community representative completes their section first
- Step 2: Complete the English or French version of the form
- Step 3: Save the form using both applicant names
- Step 4: Send the form to the co-applicant
- Step 5: Complete the joint section together
- Step 6: Email the completed application to CEDI@edo.ca
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and shortlisted candidates are contacted.
- Selected applicants may be invited to an interview.
- Successful applicants are notified by the program team.
- Approved partners work through a structured two-year process with workshops and a joint working group.

- The program is delivered by FCM and Cando.
