• Applicant must be an emerging individual or collective in design.
• Project must address a problem present in Quebec City or Wendake.
• Concept must demonstrate financial and technical feasibility.
• Multidisciplinary teams are encouraged.

Eligible geographic areas

• Quebec City region.
• Wendake.

• Innovation and originality of the design concept.
• Financial and technical feasibility of the project.
• Relevance and impact on the targeted problem in Quebec City or Wendake.
• Quality of the conceptual approach and methodology.

• Step 1: Prepare Application
  • Develop an innovative design concept addressing a Quebec City or Wendake problem.
  • Demonstrate financial and technical feasibility.
• Step 2: Submit Application
  • Complete application in French.
  • Submit before the deadline (March 14, 2026).
• Step 3: Await Response
  • Applications are reviewed by the funding body.
  • Response provided by mid-December.

• Applications are reviewed for eligibility and alignment with program objectives.
• Applicants will receive a response by mid-December for fall submissions.
• Successful applicants must sign a funding agreement before receiving support.

• Applications must be submitted in French.
• Projects must address a problem specific to the Quebec City or Wendake region.
