- Step 2: Prepare the expression of interest

- Complete the online EOI form and upload the required attachments.
- Step 3: Submit the EOI
- Submit the form through the PrairiesCan portal.
- Save the confirmation in your portal account.
- Step 4: Full application by invitation
- If selected, complete the full application through the online portal.
- Submit the additional required documents and details.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission and may require follow-up information
- Strong expressions of interest are invited to submit a full application
- Selected applicants are offered a contribution agreement
- The agreement must be signed within 30 days of notification
- Claims are reimbursed only for eligible costs that have been incurred and paid
