• Include the organization’s registered charitable number
• Write a detailed letter outlining the request
• Prepare a budget showing where and how the funding will be spent
• Provide complete contact information for the person submitting the application

• Email the Education & Awareness Grant request to the program contact address provided by the funder

• Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
