How to apply

  • Step 1: Choose the appropriate application pathway (producer or technology provider)
    • Review the Prairie Agtech Validation Program participation options and decide whether you are applying as a Producer Participant (Partner in Development or Validate and Showcase Innovation) or as a Technology Provider.
  • Step 2: Complete the online application form (expression of interest)
    • Fill out the Producer Application Form (for producers) or the Technology Provider Application Form (for agtech companies).
    • Provide the requested information in the form to express your interest in participating in the program.
  • Step 3: Submit the application to CAAIN (online form submission)
    • Submit the completed form directly through the online application form provided by the Canadian Agri-Food Automation and Intelligence Network (CAAIN).
  • Step 4: Await selection decision (program intake)
    • Wait for CAAIN to review expressions of interest and determine selected participants, noting that not all applicants will be selected.
