- Applicants who do not live on Turtle Island (Canada or the United States).
- Applicants under 10 years old.
- Previous 1st Place Grand Prize winners.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications and pitch videos are reviewed, and semi-finalists are selected by the Pow Wow Pitch team.

- Cash prizes are distributed only after eligibility is confirmed and required program steps are completed.
