• Organizations without an establishment in Quebec
• Organizations listed in the RENA register or owing amounts to the City

• Service fees at Colisée Vidéotron

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Activities not taking place at Colisée Vidéotron
• Events that are not educational, sports, cultural, or community-based
• Events without a clear positive community impact

• Positive community impact and expected reach
• Strength of the organization’s governance and financial health
• Organization’s experience in event delivery
• Fit with the City’s event calendar
• Quality of previous post-event reports, where applicable

• Step 1: Complete the eligibility form
  • Fill out the program eligibility form available on the City’s website.
• Step 2: Prepare supporting documents
  • Gather the required administrative, financial, and governance documents.
• Step 3: Submit the application
  • Send the completed form and documents to the City through the program process.
  • Submit at least six months before the planned event date.
• Step 4: Await review and decision
  • The City reviews complete applications and sends a written decision.
• Step 5: Submit the post-event report
  • Provide the required evaluation report within 90 days after the event.

• Applications are reviewed by an internal committee once all required documents are submitted
• Proposals are evaluated against impact, governance, experience, timing, and post-event reporting history
• If two eligible applications are received at the same time, the City may choose by lottery or prioritize organizations that have not yet benefited
• Applicants are informed in writing if their request is not accepted
• A post-event evaluation report must be submitted within 90 days after the event

• Only five events are supported each year.
• An event may receive support up to three times over five years.
• Applications must be submitted at least six months before the event date.
• Post-event evaluation reports are required within 90 days.
