This program provides funding to support inclusive arts initiatives in the Tri-Cities region. It encourages development, enhancement, innovation, or mentorship across disciplines including digital media, visual arts, photography, performance art, dance, music, writing, theatre, and culinary arts.

- Creative activities producing a work of art for others to experience
- Digital media arts initiatives
- Visual and photographic arts initiatives (e.g., drawing, painting, sculpting, photography)
- Performing and literary arts initiatives (e.g., performance art, dance, music, poetry, prose, theatre, culinary arts)
