This matching program funds up to $10,000 for capital improvements that enhance community facilities and assets. Eligible activities include specialized equipment purchases and new construction, renovation, or expansion of community spaces such as sports fields, parks, environmental habitat, recreation, arts and culture, and streetscapes.

- The applicant must be a Port Coquitlam-based organization.
- The project must take place within Port Coquitlam.
- More than 50% of the project’s benefiting parties must be Port Coquitlam residents.
- The project must align with the vision and objective areas in the City’s Strategic Plan.
