  • Capital projects.
  • Projects that duplicate existing City programs without demonstrated need.

Eligible expenses

  • Consultant fees for planning or organizational development.
  • Workshop or training costs for board development.
  • Costs related to business, succession, fundraising, or marketing planning.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Costs incurred before the grant agreement is signed.
  • Retroactive project expenses.
  • Capital projects.
  • Activities that duplicate existing City programs without demonstrated need.
