- Step 4: Sign the Cost Sharing Agreement
- Execute the formal Cost Sharing Agreement after tendering and before contract award.
Processing and Agreement
- The County reviews the municipality’s request and may present cost-increasing scope changes to the appropriate Standing Committee.
- If approved, County and municipal staff work together through design, tendering, award, construction, and warranty review.
- If the request is not approved, the municipality may still proceed but must cover the additional costs.
- The contract is awarded only after the Cost Sharing Agreement is executed.
