Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission, with a decision generally taking up to 45 business days
- A Funding Review Committee assesses whether activities align with the engagement opportunity and whether costs are reasonable
- The final funding decision is made by the Agency’s President, a Vice-President, or their delegate
- Successful applicants are contacted to finalize a Master Contribution Agreement and Schedule before reimbursement begins
- Final payment is issued only after all agreement requirements are met and final reports and financial statements are accepted

- Applicants may submit a late application with justification, subject to available funding.
- A funding agreement must be signed before any costs can be reimbursed.
- Successful recipients must keep invoices and receipts for approved expenses.
