Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by a Funding Review Committee.
  • The committee checks alignment with Agency engagement opportunities and assesses whether expenses match the work required.
  • A final funding decision is made by the President, a Vice-President, or their delegate.
  • If approved, the Agency finalizes a Master Contribution Agreement and schedule before costs can be reimbursed.
  • Final payment is issued only after all agreement requirements are met and final reports are accepted.
