How to apply

  • Step 1: Create an account on POLAR’s Online Application and Reporting site
    • Register on the online portal
    • Wait for the confirmation email after registration
  • Step 2: Prepare the application
    • Provide proof of estimated travel expenses
    • Enter event details, the reason in-person attendance is required, the amount requested, and how the event aligns with POLAR priorities
  • Step 3: Submit the application online
    • Log in to your account to complete and submit the application
    • Organizations may nominate individuals and submit on their behalf

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed for completeness and eligibility
  • Incomplete applications or applications that do not meet all eligibility criteria are not considered further
  • Successful applicants receive funding through their sponsoring organization
