Eligibility
- The applicant must be a private company established for at least two years with a minimum team of two people.
- The company must have generated at least $50,000 in revenue in the most recent fiscal year.
- The majority of the company’s share capital must be held by Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or holders of a Quebec Selection Certificate.
- The business must be located within the Montreal agglomeration.
