Eligibility

  • The applicant must be a private company established for at least two years with a minimum team of two people.
  • The company must have generated at least $50,000 in revenue in the most recent fiscal year.
  • The majority of the company’s share capital must be held by Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or holders of a Quebec Selection Certificate.
  • The business must be located within the Montreal agglomeration.

  • Subcontracting fees for project development with firms providing technical services (e.g., market identification and development, market studies, use of artificial intelligence).
  • Training expenses related to the implementation of digital technologies.
