Overview

This program provides up to $15,000 to foster healthy public policy at the local community level. Projects must align with at least one priority area from B.C.’s Population and Public Health Framework.

Activities funded

  • Local initiatives focused on developing healthy public policy.
  • Policy development projects aligned with one or more of B.C.’s Population and Public Health Framework priorities.
Examples of admissible projects:

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be an eligible local government or Indigenous governing body.
  • The project must foster the development of healthy public policy at the local community level.
  • The project must align with at least one priority from B.C.’s Population and Public Health Framework.
