Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed through a competitive down-selection process.
- Up to 12 semi-finalists are selected first, then up to 6 finalists advance.
- Pitches are reviewed by police leadership panels in Waterloo and Cobourg.
- Winners are determined at the sole discretion of the Chief of Police, in consultation with the judges.
- Selected applicants are notified and invited to pitch at live events.
