Eligibility
- The request must address social isolation and its impacts on well-being.
- The initiative must align with at least one priority: growing support networks or strengthening a sense of belonging.
- The initiative must support people most at risk of isolation (e.g., vulnerable youth, single parents experiencing insecurity, isolated seniors, people with physical or mental health issues and caregivers, people with disabilities, people facing discrimination).
Processing and Agreement
- Applications go through a pre-selection process.
- Selected applicants are contacted by email to finalize their request by October 31.
- Selected organizations are announced in December.
