Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are first reviewed by Town staff for planning and permit requirements.

  • Approved applicants must sign a Community Improvement Project Commitment Agreement before funds are paid.
  • Payment is made after completion, inspection, and submission of proof of payment and completion notice.
