Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first reviewed by Town staff for planning and permit requirements.
- The CIP Implementation Advisory Panel reviews applications and makes a recommendation within seven business days of the submission deadline.

- Approved applicants must sign a Community Improvement Project Commitment Agreement before funds are paid.
- Payment is made after completion, inspection, and submission of proof of payment and completion notice.
