Check eligibility

  • Confirm that your organization is a qualified donee, such as a registered charity, municipality, or school board.
  • Make sure the proposed activities directly benefit residents of the Town of Perth, Drummond/North Elmsley, Lanark Highlands, or Tay Valley townships.
  • Check that your project is not in an ineligible category, such as religious or political activities, lobbying, major capital projects, annual fund drives, or activities outside Canada.

Complete application form

  • Complete the PDCF Community Grant Application Form.
  • Prepare your application so it can be emailed to grants@pdcf.ca.

Submit by email

  • Submit the completed application by email to grants@pdcf.ca.
  • Ensure the application is received on or before October 31 of each year.

Await decision

  • Wait for the Foundation’s decision, which will be communicated by January 31 of the following year.
  • If needed, contact info@pdcf.ca or 613-326-0295 for help during the process.

Processing and Agreement

  • Eligible applications are assessed by the PDCF Grants Committee.
  • One-year grant recipients must complete the PDCF Community Grant Report Form by October 30, 2025.
  • Two-year grant recipients must submit an interim report on or before October 30, 2025.
  • Submission of the report is required to be considered for future funding.

  • All applicants will be notified by January 2026.
