Who is eligible?
- Receptive members and tour operators in the SILVER and GOLD tiers of ARF-Québec.
Eligible expenses
- Fees for eligible support services from a provider validated by ARF-Québec: diagnostics and action plans, strategic planning, consulting, mentoring and tailored training.
- Support services for funding searches, digital development, data governance and cybersecurity, subject to the program’s eligible activities and exclusions.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Purchase or simple implementation of digital solutions, software or software modules.
- Technical development or upgrade of solutions or software already in place.
- Visual, content, translation or design upgrade or redesign of a website.

Selection criteria
- Applications are processed in the order received, on a first come, first served basis.
- ARF-Québec assesses the viability of submitted projects.
How to apply
- Complete the official application and commitment form referenced in Appendix 1 of the guide.
- Attach the offer of packages in Quebec, the service provider’s final quotation and evidence of sustainable development; include the digital plan and self-assessment for applicable projects.
- The guide identifies Nathalie St-Jacques as the recipient of applications: n.stjacques@arfquebec.com. The online form also accepts supporting documents.
Processing and Agreement
- Upon receipt of the documents, ARF-Québec reviews the application within 10 business days.
- If needed, it communicates any missing information or documents and contacts the service provider to validate the project and the planned deadlines.
- The approval or refusal decision is communicated in writing to the company.
- Follow-up reports may be required during the project, including a list of activities and expenses incurred.
- A summary of accomplishments is required no later than 60 days after the planned end date, not exceeding the 31 March 2027.
