- PEIBWA student, retiree, small business, or business members in good standing
- Women entrepreneurs in Prince Edward Island
- Idea-stage, growth-stage, and established businesses

- PEIBWA Board members, employees, and their households or immediate family members
- Non-profit organizations, community organizations, and municipalities
- Businesses with a defaulted outstanding debt obligation on file in the Province’s Central Default Registry
