Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • PEIBWA student, retiree, small business, or business members in good standing
  • Women entrepreneurs in Prince Edward Island
  • Idea-stage, growth-stage, and established businesses

Who is not eligible

  • PEIBWA Board members, employees, and their households or immediate family members
  • Non-profit organizations, community organizations, and municipalities
  • Businesses with a defaulted outstanding debt obligation on file in the Province’s Central Default Registry

Eligible expenses

  • Business registration fees
  • Promotional video and photography
  • Design, copywriting, printing, and website costs
  • Domain name registration
  • Marketing expenses and business equipment or technology purchases

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Illegal activities or activities that violate PEIBWA Code of Conduct
  • Outstanding debts
  • Current operating costs such as rent or wages

How to apply
