- PEIBWA Board members, employees, and their households or immediate family members
- Non-profit organizations, community organizations, and municipalities
- Businesses with a defaulted outstanding debt obligation on file in the Province’s Central Default Registry

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a selection committee.
