This call funds SRHR partnership projects of up to $20,000,000. It supports comprehensive sexuality education, reproductive health services and family planning, prevention and response to sexual and gender-based violence, and initiatives supporting access to safe and legal abortion and post-abortion care, with required advocacy activities.

- Advocacy activities integrated across SRHR programming or delivered through advocacy-specific outcomes.

Eligibility
- The project must contribute to improved comprehensive sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), with a focus on women and adolescent girls.
- The project must include advocacy activities, either cross-cutting within a broader SRHR project or through advocacy-specific outcomes.
- The proposal must contribute to at least two specified intermediate outcomes related to SRHR services, sexual and gender-based violence reduction, and government/civil society responsiveness.
- The proposed activities must take place in one or more Official Development Assistance-eligible countries listed in Global Affairs Canada’s Partners@International portal.
Eligible geographic areas
- One or more Official Development Assistance-eligible countries listed in Global Affairs Canada’s Partners@International portal.
- Preference for projects with activities in sub-Saharan Africa.
- Preference for projects with activities in countries of the Ouagadougou Partnership.
Additional information
- Projects must include advocacy activities, either as a cross-cutting component or through advocacy-specific outcomes.
- Project proposals are submitted as preliminary proposals under a call for proposals.
- Organization registration in the Partners@International portal can take up to 10 business days.
