The Partners for Places Grant supports equitable and sustainable community development in the United States and Canada through collaborative partnerships between local governments, frontline communities, and place-based funders. Funding of up to $150,000 over two years is available for projects advancing Equitable Climate Action and/or Green Stormwater Infrastructure, with a required 50% match from local funders for implementation.
