How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the application
- Fill out the grant application form.
- Prepare the proposed budget and project details.
- Step 2: Submit the application
- Send the completed application before the stated deadline.
- Include the proposed budget with the submission.
- Step 3: Await review and selection
- The UOCCF Board of Directors reviews completed applications.
- Selected parishes are contacted after the review.
Processing and Agreement
- UOCCF Board of Directors will consider completed application forms, including a budget of your parish’s proposed revitalization program.
- Parishes receiving grants will be expected to provide interim and final reports as requested.
- A summary describing the Parish’s progress in achieving the objectives of this program must be submitted within six months of receipt of this grant and after implementation of the program.
- Payment terms will be discussed after selection.
