Processing and Agreement
- Receivable applications are evaluated by representatives of the Minister.
- Project evaluation is based on relevance and structural impact in the environment, and technical and organizational feasibility.
- Applicants may appeal an evaluation decision within 30 days of the communication date by completing the appeal request form.
- Changes, improvements, new information, or new documents not included in the original application are not considered in the review request.
Additional information
- Applications must be submitted at least 60 days before the activity.
- The application must be complete, including all required documents, to be analyzed.
- If the project is accepted, the applicant must contact a Ministry representative at least two weeks before producing promotional tools or holding a public or media activity to verify compliance with government visual standards.
