  • Applicants who have not completed one of the required training programs.
  • Projects that are not agricultural training, start-up, or establishment projects.
  • Paid internships and regular degree-based training projects.
  • Projects related to prohibited cannabis activities, except industrial hemp.

  • Direct project-related expenses.
  • Registration fees for training activities.
  • Travel and accommodation costs within public-sector rates.

  • Expected contribution of the training to the agricultural project or business.
