- If applying for something other than equipment, send a short email summary to pawoodwardfoundation@gmail.com first.
- The Executive Director will contact you directly to discuss the suitability of your application.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed first by the Medical Director and Board Executive.
- Applications that advance are submitted to the Board of Directors for a final decision at either the April or October Board meeting.
- Applicants are notified after the initial review and after the Board’s decision.
- Successful applicants must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) detailing grant terms, payment schedules, recognition, and reporting requirements.
