How to apply

  • Submit an online equipment application through the application link.
  • If applying for something other than equipment, send a short email summary to pawoodwardfoundation@gmail.com first.
  • The Executive Director will contact you directly to discuss the suitability of your application.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed first by the Medical Director and Board Executive.
  • Applications that advance are submitted to the Board of Directors for a final decision at either the April or October Board meeting.
  • Applicants are notified after the initial review and after the Board’s decision.
  • Successful applicants must sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) detailing grant terms, payment schedules, recognition, and reporting requirements.

  • Priority is given to underserved communities and charities with limited funding and capacity.
  • Applications may be suspended at any time until current requests are fulfilled.
