OSTDF application cycle update
The OSTDF application pages now frame the program as the current application cycle and state that applications will be accepted starting September 1, 2026. The application page also no longer shows the visible email, phone, or social contact links that were previously listed. The criteria page also no longer displays the Key Dates table that previously showed the application open, application deadline, and award notification dates, so the timeline information is less visible on that source. The application wording now includes a general statement that an organization or business may qualify, but no detailed eligibility rules or funding terms changed.
