Eligible expenses
- Facility operating costs such as heat, water, electricity, rent, security, cleaning, insurance, internet, phones, pest control, snow removal, maintenance, and repairs.
- Staffing costs for permanent full-time and part-time employees.
- Contracted staff for specialized operational functions such as accounting or IT assistance.

- Additional administrative overhead charges.
- Casual program instructional staff.
- Any portion of the same operational component funded by another municipal grant program.
