How to apply
- Step 1: Complete the online form
- Use the online form for a first registration or when a temporary stoma becomes permanent.
- Step 2: Submit the request
- Submit the application through the RAMQ online service.
- Step 3: Receive payment
- After registration, the amount is paid automatically.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are processed within 50 business days on average.
- If the application is incomplete, the RAMQ will contact the applicant.
- If approved, payment is sent automatically by direct deposit or cheque.
- If refused, the decision is sent to the address in the applicant’s file.
- Applications may be reviewed again to verify the information provided.
