- Complete the pre-application form and attach required documents.
- Wait for GMF to confirm eligibility to proceed.
- Step 3: Complete the full application
- Fill in the full application form and project workbook.
- Provide supporting documents and finalize the declaration.
- Step 4: Submit through the FCM portal
- Use the application contact to submit the application online.
- Monitor the application for updates after submission.
Processing and Agreement
- Pre-application is reviewed for eligibility by GMF staff.
- Eligible applications move to full application stage.
- Full applications are checked for accuracy and completeness.
- Projects are then reviewed by peer reviewers or GMF staff, followed by internal analysis.
- Final funding decisions are made by FCM’s Board of Directors.
