- Building or infrastructure modifications directly related to the project, such as installing refrigerated rooms or organic matter chutes (subject to a percentage cap of total eligible expenses).
- Collection fees for residual organic materials for reuse or recycling (with proof that municipal service is unavailable or inadequate; reimbursed for up to 12 months and subject to a maximum cap).
- Communication, information, training, and awareness expenses related to the project (such as graphic design, promotional material production and distribution, tool development, document printing), within specified percentage and monetary limits.
- Contingency budget (provisional budget to address cost increases or approved new eligible expenses, subject to a percentage ceiling).
- Other expenses deemed relevant to project implementation by RECYC-QUÉBEC.
