- Projects linked to ongoing operations or non-compliant applicants or activities

Processing and Agreement
- Incomplete applications are flagged and missing documents must be submitted within 10 business days.
- Eligible files are reviewed in order of receipt after they are complete.
- RECYC-QUÉBEC may request additional information or a clarification call during the analysis.
- Applicants receive a decision within 20 business days after the file is complete, and approval is subject to available funds.
- If approved, a financial agreement is signed before funding is paid.

- If a project receives funding, a financial agreement is signed between the promoter and RECYC-QUÉBEC.
- Only expenses actually incurred by the applicant will be considered eligible, and appropriate proof of payment is required.
- Any attempt to influence the decisions regarding the evaluation of the program will result in the rejection of the project.
- RECYC-QUÉBEC may use certain nominative information for the promotion of successful project cases, with an agreement from the promoter.
