How to apply
- Step 1: Create an account
- Visit the online order form.
- Sign up using your name, email, and address.
- Wait for staff approval and email invitation.
- Step 2: Log in and place your order
- Sign in to the online order form.
- Select available tree species and add them to your cart.
- Check out to submit your order.
- Step 3: Receive confirmation
- Look for the order confirmation email from Inflow Showroom.
- Keep the confirmation for your records.
Processing and Agreement
- Account requests are reviewed and approved by staff if eligibility requirements are met.
- Approved applicants receive an email invitation to activate their account.
- Once an order is submitted, an email confirmation is sent for records.
- If items are unavailable, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.
Additional information
- Orders are currently closed and will reopen in October 2026 for the Spring 2027 season.
- Tree orders are accepted annually from October 1 to March 1.
- Large orders of 50 to 100+ trees are strongly encouraged.
- Orders of 500+ trees may qualify for planting assistance.
