How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application form
    • Fill in the project overview, budget, funding partners, and other requested details.
    • Attach the applicable support materials listed on the form.
  • Step 2: Submit by email
    • Email the application to the OWF Program Coordinator.
    • Use the subject line 2027 Grant Application.
  • Step 3: Receive confirmation
    • Wait for an acknowledgement of receipt by email.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the OWF Board of Directors.
  • Final approval is decided at the annual meeting each summer.
  • Applicants receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
  • Applicants are informed after applications have been reviewed and decisions have been made.

Additional information

  • The project coordinator must submit a final report to the OWF including details of the project, an outline of how the OWF funds were used and the benefit(s) to the community.
  • If the project runs into the following year an interim report may be requested by the OWF.
  • Electronic copies of the OWF logo will be provided for use in signage or other materials dealing promoting the project.
  • Use of the final report and application details may be posted on our website and social media.
