How to apply
- Complete a separate form for each project or activity.
- Apply online.
- Submit proposals by email to ofnlp@moosecree.com.
- If mailing a printed application, send it to the Director of Finance, Moose Cree First Nation, P.O. Box 190, Moose Factory, ON P0L 1W0.
- Printed applications can also be faxed to 705-658-4734.
Processing and Agreement
- The Director of Finance or designate stamps the date upon receipt and sends an acknowledgement letter informing the applicant when the application will be reviewed.
- After the closing date, applications are screened to ensure they meet all criteria; applications that do not meet all criteria are not considered and are informed by letter.
- The Finance Committee reviews the applications that meet all criteria and may request the applicant or designate to attend a meeting and make a presentation.
- Final recommendations are forwarded to MCFN Chief & Council for approval by motion, and applicants are notified after approval.
- Funded applicants must submit a written financial report to the Finance Department every six months until the project is completed or funds are expended, and the final report must include a final expenditure report based on the provided budget.
