Processing and Agreement

  • ODSP staff review the application package to determine eligibility.
  • Eligible applicants may be offered an Employment Information Session.
  • A service provider assesses readiness for competitive employment and decides whether to accept the applicant.
  • If not accepted or found ineligible, the applicant is informed in writing and may request an internal review.
  • If accepted, the applicant develops an employment plan and begins services.
