Who is eligible?

- Operating expenses and existing staff wages or salaries.
- HST, transfer switches, and installation for Stream 1.

Selection criteria
- Applications are assessed as they are received.
- Funding is subject to availability.
- The Department may limit the amount awarded to an applicant or associated applicants.
Processing and Agreement
- Complete applications are reviewed by the Department of Agriculture as they are received.
- If approved, applicants receive a Letter of Agreement with the funding terms and conditions.
- The applicant must review, sign, and return the Letter of Agreement within 30 days.
- A claim form is sent after the signed agreement is received.
- Claims are paid only after supporting invoices and proof of payment are submitted.
Additional information
- Applicants new to Programs since 2023 must complete the Program Funding Registration form.
- Returning applicants must update the registration form with any changes.
- Only one application is allowed per year.
- A Letter of Agreement must be signed and returned within 30 days if approved.
