- The proposed performance measures are relevant and the budget is proportional to the planned activities.
- The applicant has the capacity to carry out the activities, the activities are supported by diverse and quality partners and funding sources, and the project shows ongoing commitment to promoting linguistic duality in Canada, if applicable.
How to apply
- Step 1: Request the letter of intent form and submit it by email with the organization and project title in the subject line.
- Step 2: If shortlisted, complete and sign the funding application form and attach all required supporting documents.
- Step 3: Send the complete application package by email to the program address before the deadline.
Processing and Agreement
- The program acknowledges receipt of the letter of intent within 10 business days.
- If no acknowledgement is received within 10 business days, applicants must contact the program.
- The project proposal is assessed and applicants are informed of the result within 20 business days of receipt of the letter of intent.
- Only retained project proposals are invited to submit a complete funding application, and incomplete applications are rejected.
- Funding and eligibility decisions are final; grants may require a report or results evaluation at project end, and contributions require a final report.
