Who is eligible?
- Youth aged 15 to 30
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or persons granted refugee status in Canada
- Projects can be delivered by an individual or by a group/team
- The individual submitting the application must be the project’s lead applicant
- Applicants aged 15 to 18 must have a sponsor or guarantor over 19

- Applicants who received an Ocean Action Grant in past years
- Applicants outside the 15 to 30 age range
- Applicants without Canadian citizenship, permanent residence, or refugee status in Canada
