Eligibility
- The applicant must be a book or periodical publisher headquartered in Ontario.
- The applicant can be a non-profit corporation incorporated in Ontario, a national non-profit corporation with its head office in Ontario, or a business based in Ontario.
- The organization must have a minimum of two years of ongoing, sustained, and regular programming at the application date.
- The applicant must have a variety of revenue sources and an active board of directors or governing body.
- The application and all required supporting documents must be submitted in French.

Eligible expenses
