  • The organization must have a minimum of two years of ongoing, sustained, and regular programming at the application date.
  • The applicant must have a variety of revenue sources and an active board of directors or governing body.
  • The application and all required supporting documents must be submitted in French.

  • For-profit enterprises based in Ontario involved in francophone publishing

  • Municipalities.
  • Colleges and universities.

Eligible expenses

  • Publication and distribution costs for eligible French-language titles in genres such as novels, short stories, poetry, theatre, children's literature, literary criticism, commentary on visual or performing arts, and biographies.
