- Ad hoc groups and collectives
- Incorporated not-for-profit organizations serving Deaf artists and artists with disabilities

- Applicants without an associated OAC project grant
- Organizations not led by Deaf or disability-identifying board or staff members

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission in Nova
- Applicants are notified within eight weeks in some cases
- If the associated project grant is withdrawn or unsuccessful, this application is withdrawn too
- Final reporting must be completed after funding is received
