How to apply
- Submit a short video through the NorthX portal.
- Complete the short written Expression of Interest form on the portal.
- Upload a pitch deck if available.
- Submit all materials through the portal.
Processing and Agreement
- Stage 1 applications are reviewed first, and applicants are notified within 30 days whether they are invited to Stage 2.
- Stage 2 applicants submit a detailed proposal and enter into a confidentiality agreement before submitting confidential or detailed project information.
- Successful projects undergo final due diligence before moving to the funding decision stage.
- Approved applicants sign a project funding agreement that sets out obligations, milestones for fund release, and reporting requirements.
- Funding is released as project milestones are achieved and approved through milestone reports.

- NorthX accepts Expressions of Interest on a continuous, rolling basis.
- Applicants may submit more than one distinct EOI if the projects meet the eligibility criteria.
